Sherry Beiers is a self-taught acrylic landscape artist. Sherry was born and raised in Muskoka and presently resides in Bracebridge. Initially inspired by the Group of Seven, Sherry draws on the raw beauty of untamed landscapes to create work of art with vital and deep colours. Sherry’s style is alive with sharp contrasts achieved through the brush and bold use of a pallet knife.

Wood carving is also used as an expression of a simple and distinct art style with contrasting and blending of the wood to create a pleasing art form.

Sherry’s love of the outdoors and genuine concern for the environment provide her with unlimited motivation and subject matter to photograph and create her vibrant paintings.

Sherry enjoys sharing her outdoor experiences - bringing her art to life on canvas and pine.
