Susan Gosevitz is an award-winning artist and is an elective member of The Society of Canadian Artists (SCA). A painter of nature, Susan captures scenes of natural moments to wake up, to calm, and to bring a sense of peace.  

A member of The Tobin Island Artist Group, Susan graduated from the Toronto School of Art in 2009 and was awarded The Edie Yolles Award for excellence in painting to a graduating student. She has studied at The Haliburton School of Arts and has exhibited in numerous shows including The McMichael Gallery in Kleinberg in 2011 and was awarded “top ten artists” returning in 2012. She is also the recipient of the Robert Bateman Award presented in 2012 at The National Gallery in Ottawa for outstanding contribution to conservation awareness through artistic expression.  

The Tobin Island Artist Group has published Chucky the lonely Inukshuk by Judith McMurray 2009, Larry the loon 2011 and Under Your Nose 2014. Original paintings in oils and acrylics can be found in public and private collections in North America .
