Christine Marshall, "Canada’s First Lady of Wildlife Art,"
creates breathtaking original paintings on canvas in immense detail with
exceptional artistry, emotion and sensitivity. Few artists on the
contemporary art scene have achieved the level of success and respect
Christine has received. Christine’s dedication to researching nature
for her paintings has taken her throughout North America, the Arctic,
Africa, China, Europe and Australia.
Christine Marshall’s Limited
Edition prints are highly prized by collectors. Almost all of her
lithographs are in edition sizes of less than 300 pieces and are
therefore very exclusive. Over 350 exhibitions of Christine’s work
have been hosted throughout Canada, the United States and overseas, and
she has been sought after by numerous corporations for special projects
throughout her career.
In addition to Christine’s
prolific success as an artist, she also received a Fine Arts Degree from
York University, Toronto, enjoyed a 15-year career in teaching and has
owned and managed a successful gallery for over 30 years. A lifetime
supporter of charity groups throughout Canada, Christine has made
tremendous contributions through her donation of art and speaking
engagements to organizations that support children, health, community
service and conservation.
Christine has established her
new Gallery & Studio in an inspiring woodland setting, near the
beautiful village of Bala in Muskoka, Ontario.
