Shipping policy

Original artwork items are shipped directly by the artists. You may choose from two shipping options at checkout: "Local pickup or delivery in Muskoka" (pick up at the artist's studio or other location) and "Request a shipping quote".

Original artwork items in the MAC Shop do NOT include the shipping cost. If you select the "Request a shipping quote" option, the artist will contact you with a separate shipping quote. 

Custom printed items (found in the MAC Products collection, including apparel, accessories, wall art, bags and home decor) are shipped directly by the printing company. Shipping for these items will be charged at checkout.

Some items within your order may be shipped separately. Your order will be packaged and sent to a shipper within 3 business days, or as arranged with each individual artist upon receiving your order and payment.

During these difficult times, shippers are experiencing significant delivery delays due to physical distancing requirements and a substantial increase in parcel volume. Therefore, delivery times may be longer than usual.

Muskoka Arts & Crafts cannot guarantee a delivery date. Please avoid using delivery addresses for buildings that may be closed due to the pandemic. Delivery companies have been advised to reduce contact with customers by placing packages at the customer's doorstep and stepping back.

We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time. We know you’re keener than ever to find out when you’ll receive your deliveries; that’s why we recommend you request parcel tracking when arranging shipping with the artist.
