A sail is equal parts material and motion. Shaped by wind, water, and time, the elements leave behind imprints that tell the story of where it’s been.
Our work builds on that history, turning retired sails into heirloom-quality pieces that celebrate the days behind them - and the patina of a life well lived. Each Dayshaped bag is handcrafted in Toronto with the intention to capture the unique character of the sail that came before it - design details, marks, and all.
Every material has a story, written through days of use. Where others see waste, we see potential - reimagining reclaimed materials into timeless pieces so their story continues with you, from their days on the water to yours.
