Collection: Christine Bojahra

As a little girl I loved drawing and later painting. I took a brief correspondence art course in my teens but I am mainly self taught. Except for a short period when my children were small I have painted continuously. I particularly love plein air painting and have done so with the Muskoka Group of Artists in Bracebridge. I have exhibited my paintings throughout my life at various gallery shows or contests. Recently I have changed my watercolour technique and have been trying for a more abstract look although I still love the realism that is possible with watercolour, particularly with portraits of people and animals.
