Collection: Jamie Seegmiller

About
Jamie was born and raised in Parry Sound, Ontario in a creative and entrepreneurial family. This strongly influenced and helped shape her artistic style. As a child, Jamie would watch her mother for hours as she painted at their kitchen table, captivated by how her mom knew what colours to mix together, where to place each brushstroke, and how scenes seemed to magically come together. This was all Jamie needed to try her hand at painting. She was hooked! In terms of her artistic style, realism has always been her go-to. Over the years, however, she’s tweaked her style to be less traditional and more modern.Contact:WebsiteEmail macejamie@gmail.comPhone +14165715200Socails: Facebook Location:12 Waubeek StreetParry Sound, ONP2A 2Y6 The MAC Maker Mark is a designation given to artists and craftspeople producing work in Muskoka. ABOUT THE SUMMER SHOW

Please follow all our live updates on Instagram & Facebook for all things MAC: @muskokaartsandcrafts

The Muskoka Arts & Crafts (MA&C) Summer Show is one of Ontario’s oldest and largest rural outdoor events, serving as a key highlight of the summer season for both residents and visitors alike. This three-day event brings together over 200 of Canada’s most talented artisans, showcasing a diverse array of handcrafted art, from stunning sculptures and intricate jewelry to beautiful textiles and captivating paintings. With an estimated 10,000+ visitors each year, the show is a must-see cultural event in the heart of Muskoka.

As MAC’s largest yearly fundraiser, the Summer Show has a significant economic impact on the region, benefiting local businesses, galleries, and, of course, the artists themselves. The event provides a vital platform for creators to share their work with a wider audience, promoting local talent and strengthening Muskoka’s vibrant arts community. It’s not just a shopping experience; it’s a celebration of creativity, culture, and the spirit of collaboration that defines this stunning region.

In addition to the incredible artistry, the Summer Show also features live local music, entertainment, and an array of delicious food options, creating a vibrant atmosphere where visitors can engage with the arts in a lively and social setting. Whether you're an art enthusiast, a local business owner, or simply someone who appreciates the beauty of Muskoka, the Summer Show offers something for everyone.
