Lynda’s unique style of abstracted realism, while using colour subjectively, leans toward nonrepresentational forms of expression where nebulous thoughts transform reality. Her work is a study of complexity, simplicity, thoughtful experiences, whimsey …carried through a lifelong journey defined by gestures of brushwork -marks on a surface – always looking for the abstract, unpredictable, contradictory, spontaneous.  But it always comes back to the sheer joy of images pulsing in 

riveting colour and light.
