Eagle Eye is a colour photograph printed on brushed metal that captures a moment of intense focus and presence in a bald eagle in flight. The image emphasizes the eagle’s penetrating gaze, powerful form, and the quiet authority it carries in motion.

I was inspired by the surprise of discovery—this photograph revealed itself only later during editing, when I realized I had captured something far stronger than I initially perceived in the moment. That delayed recognition mirrors much of my practice: allowing nature to unfold on its own terms, and trusting that meaning often emerges in reflection.

The brushed metal presentation enhances the depth, texture, and light within the image, reinforcing the eagle’s strength while maintaining a contemporary, refined finish.
