There is a magic to creating images when bringing together Flowers and Ice. Although the process can be difficult at times, what I love is the serendipitous aspect to the creative ending. I can plan the color, the arrangement, and the story, yet the ice has a say on how it is all going to end. It is a joyful process to see how the flowers react to the hold ice has on the plant world.
The spirit of flowers has over the years been an important symbol in our society. Such as beauty, growth, giving, vibrancy, and love.  For example, the white rose symbolizes purity, grace, and love.  When we add this to the contrasting meaning of the cold and clean ice the balance and beauty is not only visual but emblematic.
