I wanted to create a painting about my present (high-school experience) about how I procrastinate working on projects/pieces and how it takes a while to come up with one idea instead of a thousand. Since the piece is about time I chose to do a clock for my print and I chose Roman numbers because it’s my favourite way to read a clock. Trying to figure out how to add in all the colours and vibrance and making the waves look loose and freeing was the most challenging part. What really surprised me was putting myself into the painting and it turning out better than I thought it would, not going to lie I believe this is the best I have ever done when drawing hands and I really like how it turned out. I wanted to put images and little doodles into the waves of colours, so if I would do it again I would add more within the colours.
