The Killing of Innocence

This artwork follows the story of me and my brother and how as kids we were forced to grow up faster than children our age. This piece is expressing the past as its something you can't out run but accept in turn, the story is to show that this happpends more often then not and the children who are forced NEVER chose this. It also depicts the killing of youth and things children once knew and now are being stripped away from them. This is to bring awareness as children's innocence is easily broken after a long period of time of neglect and can cause problem in future relationships and mental health and I hope my artwork can bring a sense of comfort for those who have gone through this.
