The Next Chapter is a 40" x 30" mixed media painting on wood panel. The background is a collage of books and the overlay is done with acrylic paint. If you read between the lines, you understand what someone really means, or what is really happening in a situation, even though it is not said openly. I thought this was a fun way to connect the phrase to the background.
