Twin Pines

Exciting colour explorations are moving my traditional subject matter into new spaces. I am participating in the upcoming group show 'Monochrome Muskoka' as an ally and having been exploring new palettes. This piece is inspired by the twin lakes in Gravenhurst that I paddled in my twin kayak with a friend. Near the meeting of Turtle Lake and Loon Lake, a small island proudly displays these two pine trees.
