This photograph of an American marten was taken in Algonquin Park. While martens are one of the most adorable forest dwellers, they are fierce little mischief-makers! This little one paused his forest acrobatics quite nicely between two trees, and I was able to capture a cute portrait before it went on its mischievous way.
