Contest Terms & Conditions

Sponsor: This contest is sponsored by Muskoka Arts & Crafts Inc., located at 15 King Street, Bracebridge ON (hereinafter referred to as “Sponsor”).

Eligibility: This contest is open only to legal residents of Ontario who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Muskoka Arts & Crafts Inc., Bala Bay Inn, Clear Lake Brewery|Spa, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the contest.

Contest Period: The contest begins on May 1, 2024, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends once the first 1000 people have downloaded and registered on the MA&C App, or on May 31, 2024, whichever comes first.

How to Enter: Eligible participants must download the MA&C App available on iOS and Android devices and complete their profile by filling out their details within the app. The first 1000 users to complete these steps will be automatically entered into the contest. No purchase necessary to enter or win.

Prizes: The winner will receive:

A two-night stay for two at the Bala Bay Inn (valid Sunday to Friday during shoulder season).

Complimentary in-room snacks and junk food.

Daily admission and shuttle to BeerSpa for two.

A $100 gift card usable for food, drink, or merchandise at the location.

The total value of the prize is approximately $1000 CAD.

Winner Selection and Notification: One winner will be selected at random from among all eligible entries on May 31, 2024. The winner will be notified via an in-app notification. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 48 hours of the award notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

General Conditions: Participation in this contest constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.

Publicity: By participating in the contest, entrants agree to the use of their names, likeness, and images for promotional content by Muskoka Arts & Crafts Inc. without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability: Sponsor and other participating sponsors are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest, nor for any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the contest.

Dispute Resolution: This contest is governed by the laws of Ontario, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this contest, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Ontario having jurisdiction.
