My name is Gregory Avery, been a landscape photographer the last 9 years, enjoy the peace and beauty of being in touch with nature and its landscapes at sunrise or sunset. Studied photography at formerly Ryerson University (believe it’s called Metropolitan now) where I learned the importance of the history of photography to help inspire how I approach each shot. I have explored many parts of the globe and will continue to do so annually on workshops or individually.
I love the atmosphere of being in front of mountains when its quiet, but, the true test of a photographer is capturing what is around you which I enjoy exploring the Muskoka forests and provincial parks when I am not travelling.
