Patricia Vega is an award-winning fine artist, educator, and graphic designer who specializes in printmaking and cyanotype. She uses these mediums to explore visual art as a universal language. While her primary focus is on printmaking techniques, Patricia is currently experimenting with the cyanotype process to create artworks on textile, paper, and glass.
In Patricia’s view, cyanotype is where art and science meet. Her inspiration for this process comes from her interaction with the elements of nature.
She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a major in Printmaking from the National University of Cuyo in Mendoza, Argentina. Since 1990, Patricia has exhibited in Canada and internationally. Patricia’s art studio is in Mansfield, ON
