Xavier Fernandes

Xavier Fernandes is a Canadian artist in Orillia, Ontario who has been woodturning since 2018 and creating art for 30+ years. He mainly works with salvaged wood, which makes it a sustainable business. His pieces range from candle holders, bottle stoppers, and spinning tops to live edge bowls and platters. He has also made many commissioned works. He is currently creating large bowls and platters and other unique items. His woodturned pieces bring out the natural wood grain and the shapes are often sculptural in form.
